HISTORIC PRESERVATION

Designing Local:

• Prepares applications for federal and local historic tax credits and guides clients through the process of completing projects in compliance with program regulations

• Researches historic places and generates the documentation, photography, and mapping required to nominate sites to the National Register of Historic Places and local registers

• Helps communities develop guidelines and policies for preserving historic resources and outlining appropriate new development in historic districts
